Our delivery time is between 2 and 16 weeks, depending on the ordered quantities and stock availability.
ATTENTION : Please open your packages upon receipt: we do not accept transport-related claims after 48 hours, nor in the absence of reservations mentioned on the delivery form.
We do not accept claims or return requests more than two weeks after delivery. Return costs are at the buyer’s expense, unless the product is defective. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the products, properly packaged and returned in good condition. In the event of a defect claim, photos are required.
We guarantee our products for one year, provided they are used properly.
