These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern exclusively the relationship between Vanessa Mitrani Créations and Clients wishing to place an order on the website http://shop.vanessamitrani.com
These terms apply exclusively, to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.
Article 1. Identification
Vanessa Mitrani Créations is a company specialized in the creation, manufacture, and edition of hand-blown glass pieces, selling items to both individuals and professionals. Our product range includes vases, bowls, lighting, tableware, etc. This list is not exhaustive.

Article 2. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale
You may only place an order if you accept all provisions below.
All orders are exclusively governed by these terms and conditions, to the exclusion of any other purchasing terms.
Clicking the “I confirm my order” button on the website, after filling your shopping cart, constitutes confirmation of the order and constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. This click is equivalent to an electronic signature, which has the same value as a handwritten signature between the parties.
Article 3. Ordering on the Website
Clients place orders according to the website process. Clients must provide all necessary delivery information (title, first name, last name, address, access code, floor, building number, and a phone number for delivery scheduling).
The order will be summarized in an “Order Summary,” showing the product price without shipping costs. Clients then select a delivery option and payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). After completing payment, the client validates the order by clicking “I confirm my order.”
Upon order completion, the client receives a confirmation email. If not received, the client must contact Vanessa Mitrani Créations. The information recorded by the system is considered proof of the order (content and date).
Article 4. Order Confirmation by Vanessa Mitrani Créations
Orders are only considered final after confirmation by Vanessa Mitrani Créations. Additional documents may be requested from the client. Vanessa Mitrani Créations reserves the right to cancel the order within 30 days if requested documents are not received or are deemed non-compliant.
Clients will be informed in case of supply issues, abnormal orders, payment incidents, or unavailability of products.
Article 5. Product Availability
Products and prices are valid while visible on the website and subject to stock and production capacity. In case of unavailability after order placement, the client will be informed by email or phone within 10 days.
Article 6. Prices / Rates
Prices on the website are in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), and do not include shipping, which is charged separately.
Prices may change; the applicable rates are those at the time of order.
For deliveries within the EU, prices include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes are the client’s responsibility.
Promotional offers and special operations are also subject to these terms.
Article 7. Payment
Payment can be made via:

Orders are validated and shipped only upon receipt of payment, unless a written agreement from Vanessa Mitrani Créations allows otherwise.
Article 8. Invoicing
Invoices are accessible online in the client account created during the visit.
Article 9. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the client. Deliveries are made by Chronopost to the chosen pickup point and kept there for 14 days.
Delivery times are generally within 10 days after payment receipt. Vanessa Mitrani Créations is not responsible for delays beyond its control (force majeure, carrier issues).
The recipient must check the products upon delivery. For damaged products, the client must refuse the package, mark the delivery note, and notify Vanessa Mitrani Créations by email.
Article 10. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, Cancellations, and After-Sales Service
Clients have a 7-day withdrawal period from delivery to return products without penalties (excluding shipping costs).
Returned products must be in their original packaging, intact, and include all accessories. Damaged, used, or incomplete products will not be refunded or exchanged.

Article 12. Liability
Products are handmade; variations are normal. Photos are illustrative. Vanessa Mitrani Créations is not liable for minor differences in appearance or color.
Article 13. Retention of Title
Products remain the property of Vanessa Mitrani Créations until full payment, including shipping.
Article 14. Securing Bank Data
Bank data is encrypted and never stored by Vanessa Mitrani Créations.
Article 15. Personal Data

Article 16. Intellectual Property and Website Use
All website content is intellectual property of Vanessa Mitrani Créations. Reproduction is prohibited except for private use.
Article 17. Applicable Law – Disputes
